Alison L. Tomasco

Alison Tomasco brings large firm legal experience to Curley, Hessinger & Johnsrud LLP.

Most recently, Ms. Tomasco was an associate in the Philadelphia labor and employment group of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. At Morgan Lewis, she gained vital experience in many aspects of labor and employment law, with a particular focus in employment discrimination law; wage and hour; restructurings and layoffs; litigation avoidance; and counseling. Ms. Tomasco has extensive experience defending against single-plaintiff suits and advising senior executive management on related matters.  While at Morgan Lewis, she was the only junior associate on a trial team representing a pharmaceutical company in a case involving disability discrimination claims by a former senior manager, which resulted in a jury verdict on behalf of the client.  Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Tomasco was a commercial litigation associate at Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads LLP.

Ms. Tomasco graduated cum laude from Boston College Law School in 2006. She was an editor of the Boston College Third World Law Journal and her Note, "Country Club Discrimination After Commonwealth v. Pendennis," was chosen for publication.  In 2004, she won first place in both the Boston College and Regional ABA Client Counseling Competitions.  Prior to attending law school, Ms. Tomasco worked in Washington, D.C. at a non-profit organization specializing in education advocacy. 

Ms. Tomasco graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 2002 with a B.A. in English.  At Notre Dame, Ms. Tomasco spent a semester studying at Notre Dame’s London Program and was selected to intern for a Member of Parliament. 

Ms. Tomasco resides with her husband Peter in Collingswood, New Jersey.
